Anyone who's met me knows I take pride in being a San Diego native. As a runner and member of the community, I love to represent for my city and my fam. As an elite distance runner I've climbed the ranks from local high school star to a national contender. I love to apply the knowledge I've gained from several years of coaching collegiately to my own running and to my teammates training.
After placing 35th in the 2020 US Olympic Marathon Trials, I've been looking forward to the next opportunities to race. Recently as October I raced a half marathon in Las Vegas where I was able to win in 1:03:54. I'll be heading back out to Las Vegas for a deja-vu half marathon hoping to run even faster in January.
