    Monday nights at our PB Store at 6pm!

    3 to 6 miles

    Come one, come all!

    Beautiful scenic routes and sometimes we hit the peak aka Mount Sole"dadddy".

    This is free, all levels are welcome, and you don't have to run or even run the entire route. Do you boo!

    Tuesday Intervals *7/21 @ Ward Canyon Park, Kensington*

    *Audible to Ward Canyon Park in Kensington for 7/21. Adams Avenue just off the 15 Freeway*

    Warm-up: 6:15pm -> Mobility & Drills: 6:30pm

    Workout #1: (3-5 x 4mins @ 10k pace // 1min rest) + (4-8 x 90secs down slow // ~> up FAST)

    Workout #2: (Down 5mins slow // up @ HM effort) + (Down 4mins slow // up @ 10k effort) + (Down 3mins slow // up @ 5k effort) + (Down 2mins slow // up @ 1mile effort) + (Down 1min slow // up @ FAST)
    *as many of the final 2 reps as needed*

    Saturday Grind: Pride Week Run n Cheer (from Milestone NP)

    July 18th 7:00am

    Get your run in AND cheer on the community at the Pride 5k!

    7am meet up at Milestone North Park (after coffee at our neighbor Kaffa). Race start is 8am

    July MNTN MNTHLY - Gonzalez to Penasquitos Canyons

    July 26th 7am

    Hitting up Gonzalez Canyon and linking it to Penasquitos for those who run far enough!

    7am meet up at Torrey Highlands Park behind Torrey Pines HS

    Route will be a blend of single track and more open fire road. Trail or Gravel shoes recommended. Bring fluids and snacks.

    There is a bathroom and water fountain at about mile 5 and 8 for those out for that long.
