    Monday Run Club - Memorial Day Mt. Soledad Special

    Join us this week in the morning to summit our favorite mountain nestled right up next to our PB location. Full roundtrip is 10k but you can come out for any amount of the event too. We'll also have an opt-out flat route down to the boardwalk if you'd rather that.

    We'll start the run promptly at 8:08, so don't be late!

    Join us in July, parking at the Southeast end of the Orange Lot at Snapdragon Stadium.

    Warm-up: 6:15pm -> Mobility & Drills: 6:30pm

    Workout #1: (8-16 x .25mi alternating between 10kpace(+15secs) & 10kpace // half rest(half the duration of your rep)

    Workout #2: (3-8 x 1k @ faster than HM pace // 90secs rest) + (3-8 x 20secs uphill // easy jog back)

    Milestones Saturday Grind - Kensington 7am (Pappalecco)

    June 27th 7:00am

    Cruising the streets of Kensington, Normal Heights, and BEYOND!

    Well meet at Pappalecco on Adams at 7am and start with a run through Kensington and then onwards

    After coffee is at Pappalecco itself

    MNTN MNTHLY - May 24th San Jacinto

    This will be more of a hike for most, but lets summit San Jacinto (or part of it for some of you).

    7am meet up (please carpool and be prompt)
