    Monday Run Club - Memorial Day Mt. Soledad Special

    Join us this week in the morning to summit our favorite mountain nestled right up next to our PB location. Full roundtrip is 10k but you can come out for any amount of the event too. We'll also have an opt-out flat route down to the boardwalk if you'd rather that.

    We'll start the run promptly at 8:08, so don't be late!

    Join us for the month of June at Liberty Station for some amazing weather and fun workouts. Whether you're training for a 5k, marathon, ultra, or just want to get faster; join us and the fun group on Tuesdays.

    The Saturday Grind! Liberty Station and Moniker Coffee!

    June 20th 7:00am

    Saturday Grind is headed to Liberty Station and mixing it up by going to our original start locale! (Corner of Chauncey and Cushing).

    Coffee is a short walk over to Moniker

    Route will be our fabulous San Diego bay front

    RSVP now and well update routes later in the week!

    Also, dont miss the MNTN MNTHLY at Terra Bella Del Mar on Sunday! Run the trails, buy a plant, (save the world?)!

    MNTN MNTHLY - May 24th San Jacinto

    This will be more of a hike for most, but lets summit San Jacinto (or part of it for some of you).

    7am meet up (please carpool and be prompt)

    More details to come but there will be 2 routes (18mi summit loop and 7mi side quest out and back)

    BRING WATER! Only water on the trail will need filtering (if you have a Sawyer Squeeze bring it? Or get one at REI.)
